Self-Esteem
Studies show that when somebody has self-esteem issues, their life is usually headed on a downward spiral. Holden can be classified into this category. He is never happy with what he is doing and always thinks of himself as a "madman". Like he said to Sally Hayes, "I am a Madman", he was having a perfectly good time, and ruined it by freaking Sally out. What Holden needs to do is go out, stop thinking about everything in the past, and find something or someone new.

Holden
As reading this book i would just like to put out there that the character of Holden is a lot like a friend of mine. He is lonely and confused. He needs that special someone and can't tell the girl he wants that he feels that way about her. He just needs that special someone. I no i stated this in the previous one, but i honestly believe that is his only problem

Michael Robert DeCotiis
I would like to inform everyone that Mike DeCotiis is a liar, do not believe if he writes my name underneath one of his posts. He is one of those people who sit online all day playing World of Warcraft, so don't listen to him. Plus is body odor reeks of tuna.
Catcher in the Rye
One thing i would like to point out is that Houlden is very depressed. The thing I do not understand is that he has such a loving family, why doesn't he try to find and live with them. Instead of wondering the streets he should be trying to get to the ones he loves.
